Help Dr.Aseel's family escape from the genocide

Donation protected
My name is Huda Saud from Gaza, Palestine. I am writing this after much thought and hesitation, but the urgent need is greater than my ability and my family's ability to endure.

I am requesting your generous support to help evacuate my family (parents, three sisters, and one brother) from Gaza.

My sister Aseel is a second-year resident physician specializing in intensive care and anesthesia. She spent the entire war in the intensive care unit at Shifa Hospital. In the early days, she was in Shifa Hospital, which was besieged without water and food. She was one of the last doctors to remain in Shifa Hospital. She later moved to the south with her medical attire, accompanying two of the injured who were left without a family. Now, she is a companion with her injuired cousin, committed to her humanitarian mission of helping the injured, especially in these difficult conditions.

Nada graduated from high school with a 99.1% GPA in August 2023, ranking second in the country and second in Shadia Abu Ghazaleh Girls' Secondary School. Nada dreamed of studying human medicine to help patients, and the current situation has increased her determination to achieve her dream. However, the war-shattered her dream, and now she lives in a school with my family, mourning the dream that has been lost.

Abdul Rahman is a medical student at Zagazig University in Egypt in his third year. He visited us in Gaza after three years of being away, but the joy was incomplete due to the war. He couldn't leave, and he couldn't continue his university studies.

Raghad; The youngest in our household and the apple of my father's eye - his special little girl. Despite her age, she has always been advanced beyond her years in terms of her thoughts and dreams, her compassion for others and her love for hanging out with her elders and beating them at chess. She even ran her own business making jewelry from beads and has been independent for the past year, not asking for any financial support and only spending what she earned. She has always been a health conscious girl, maintaining her level of fitness and keeping her weight at 50kg. Raghad is 16 years old, 168 centimetres tall and now only 36kg. Can you imagine the hardship and malnutrition that has brought her to this stage?

My family has been displaced since the first week of the war due to the dangerous situation in our neighborhood. Our residential area was threatened multiple times, forcing us to move more than 10 times. Currently, my family resides in a room with 60 people in a shelter school in Rafah, lacking the basic necessities of life in entirely inhumane conditions. There is no food, no drinkable water, no electricity, and a shared bathroom for over 1000 people, far away from the cold, rainy weather.

We have endured four months of hell and horror. This genocide has lasted too long, and our mental health is nonexistent, with our lives in constant danger. I cannot describe the feeling of hearing news of the complete annihilation of families and their removal from civil records. More than one hundred days of genocide and ethnic cleansing have brought us to a point where there is no longer any hope for us here in Gaza. We wait for our turn to die, as if it is ordained for us and the people of Gaza. Gaza has suffered destruction that will take years to repair.

But now, I have reached a point where I feel sorrow, and I urgently request your humble financial assistance to evacuate them from Gaza because there is no safe place. In addition to the slow deaths due to drought, displacement, the spread of diseases, and continuous bombardment. The choice may be extremely painful, but the situation has become critical.

To cross the "Rafah" border between Gaza and Egypt, you need to have your name added to the crossing list (paid). Coordinators in Egypt, who have the ability to add strict names to the strict borders, are starting from $5000 - $7000 per person! Their names will not be found until they can prove the available funds.

As a family member, I won't be able to live with myself if something happens to my family, and I am doing my best to get them out. Please help me get them out, and I will genuinely appreciate any donation, no matter how small, as it will make a big difference in alleviating our suffering. Please consider sharing my campaign widely with friends and the community to reach the goal as quickly as possible because every moment represents a risk of death in Gaza. Thanks to all those who have helped in this matter.

We hope to raise $30000 for travel and transportation fees from Gaza to Egypt.

Thank you again for standing with us in solidarity and making a positive impact on the lives of the affected people of Gaza.
